Assisted Tech accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Google and Wire Transfers for payment of International Orders.

International Shipping Policy

• Assisted Tech does NOT offer any free shipping outside of the Continental United States.
• All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and any International Country must pay for their selected method of shipment.
• Certain International Locations ONLY offer Air Service, which may increase the cost estimates listed.
• Contact Customer Service for exact shipping rates to your location.
• All delivery date estimations provided are based on "working/business days".

What shipping services do you offer internationally?

• Unless otherwise specified, we ship international orders via UPS.   Please note that if the customer chooses a different carrier, we require the addition of insurance and delivery confirmation services to ensure proper delivery.

Do you ship orders to Canada?

Yes, we do ship to Canada. Most shipments are delivered to Canadian customers within 7-10 business days from date of shipment, depending upon the shipping method.  NOTE: Shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes, or fees which you may be required to pay at the time of delivery.

Do you pay for any applicable Customs, Taxes, & Fees?

• Assisted Tech is NOT responsible for any taxes, customs, fees, or duties assessed on your packages.
• Assisted Tech ships ALL packages as "New Merchandise" and will not attempt to cheat customs agencies at the request of our customers.
• For orders that are shipped outside of the U.S., there will be local customs or duties fees imposed by the importing country. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures for incoming packages. Please check with your country's customs office for precise charges and any restrictions that may be enforced in regards to the items you wish to purchase before placing your order. All duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse your package and do not pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways, and all other handling fees.
