What shipping services do you offer?
The majority of our packages are shipped via UPS and FEDEX. We can ship via other methods such as USPS or DHL if requested. However, this may require additional fees by the customer.
What are your FLAT RATE & FREE SHIPPING policies?
- $9.99 SHIPPING & HANDLING on all orders less than $100.00!
- FREE SHIPPING on orders greater than $100.00 (except as noted below)
- Flat Rate & Free Shipping NOT available on:
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
- Shipments to International Countries.
- Shipments containing heavy & oversized items
- Please note that the FREE SHIPPING provides for Ground Shipping only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website.
- For Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or all international countries, the following applies:
- The customer will be charged the cost to ship the order.
- All packages will be shipped via UPS unless the customer requests a different method. Please note that if the customer chooses a different carrier, we require the addition of insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery. Also, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
- If customers want a guaranteed delivery time, expedited delivery methods can be provided for an additional charge.
Do you offer upgraded shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade your shipping by calling our customer service representatives at 888-629-4368 and they can assist you with upgrading your shipping method.
Can I upgrade my shipping once the items have already shipped?
No, we are unable to intercept packages once they have left the building. Therefore, we are unable to upgrade shipping on orders once they have shipped.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO boxes via USPS Mail. APO/FPO orders may take up to 15-30 business days to arrive at your location. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations within 2 weeks. We guarantee delivery to the distribution point for your APO/FPO box within the US, but cannot guarantee delivery to the final destination.
What are your International Shipping Policies?
Assisted Tech can ship most of our items internationally. Some manufacturers restrict international sales of their products and some countries restrict import of certain products. For more details on International Orders and Shipping, please refer to our International Orders policies.
